Refund policy

Pure Threads Boutique, we want every purchase to make you feel confident, comfortable, and excited to wear something new. If your order is not quite right, we are here to help make the return process as simple and fair as possible.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@shoppurethreadsboutique.com. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or damage, and returned with all original tags and packaging attached.

For hygiene and safety reasons- all jewelry, accessories, hats and other personal-use accessories cannot be returned. They are FINAL SALE. Gift cards, sale items, and products marked “Final Sale” are also non-returnable.

Please contact us before sending any item back, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error with the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued as STORE CREDIT only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with clear photos so we can review this right away. 

Order Cancellation Policy- ALL orders are considered final once they are placed and cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after checkout. Please carefully review your order, including sizing, color, quantity, and shipping information, before completing your purchase. Once an order is submitted we begin processing it as quickly as possible. Because of this, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been placed.
